Booking and Payment Procedures
1. Free Reservation
- Booking is free of charge upon providing copies of your flight reservations and passports.
2. Confirmation and Documentation
- The company commits to providing confirmed hotel reservations and a detailed contract.
- This contract will be officially stamped with the company’s tax seal and sent directly to the client.
3. Payment Upon Arrival
- Full payment is required after arrival and completing the check-in process at your hotel in Tbilisi.
- Payment should be made to the accounting officer, after which you will receive an official tax invoice for the total amount paid, attached to a copy of your contract.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 3 working days upon arrival
